INK-PASSPORT
The only app you need to register, save and complete your customer base. Ink-Passport is the direct result of and solution to the introduction of the European norm 17169:2020. Since January 2022 every tattooshop/ -artist and every PMU-professional in Europe is obligated to register personal data and the exact information about used inks and needles each appointment. The Ink-Passport app will help you and provide each of your customers with a complete and suffice Ink-passport.

REGISTER WITHOUT PAPERWORK
You don’t need any paperwork with this app. Simply fill in all the information you need and want to register. Information you don’t want or need can easily be skipped. When you fill in every element in the app you will automatically honor the new European Law. After you filled in all the information, draw your signature and you can send a complete copy (pdf) to your client by e-mail. It is also possible to add your personal aftercare, photos and other information. In the online portal of the app you can make adjustments to personalize the app to your shop.
INK AND NEEDLES
Our database contains more than 800 REACH-compliant inks and thousands of needles to choose from. With this app you register your tattoo-session in complete detail. Don’t forget to fill in the mandatory LOT and BATCH numbers. You can even add your own brand of ink/ needles if it is not (yet) available in our database. The next session you can look back and easily see which colors were used the previous time.
SAVE
Ink-passport is built according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your client information is stored on a secure server and only accessible by you. You can easily find your client information and add new tattoo-sessions. Avoid double and extra work by using Ink-Passport.
